This is a recent addition to the backpacker’s network in Cornwall, approached by a short, tree lined lane off the B3302 road. Our objective is quality accommodation at low cost.
The accommodation consists of a dormitory equipped with 8 new beds with mattresses (blankets & sleeping bags required). There is heating, toilet with H&C basin, shower room (hot showers-metered) and communal kitchen with dining area / lounge. There is also a surf-board/bike store/drying room, huge parking & BBQ area. B&B accommodation is also available in the Farmhouse.
The location is minutes from the beach at Portleven (surfing/shops/restaurants/pubs), Helston (Lidl store+ others/pubs/restaurants). Within easy reach of St.Micheals Mount, Lizard, Lands End and St. Ives.
Activities: we can accommodate those who wish to fish (Praa Sands), dive (Porthkerris), walk (loads), Racing Teams (Secure parking area and local CC restorer), cycle, beach. Whatever your pursuit, you will have a friendly welcome, access to a wealth of local knowledge and a commitment to make your stay one to remember for all the right reasons.
